1. Acceptance of Terms

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with fbu77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on fbu77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If fbu77 detects that a member holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — fbu77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any winnings derived from bonus funds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on fbu77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

fbu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against fbu77
• Accounts found to belong to minors under the age of 18
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, fbu77 may forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or disputed amounts. Real-money deposits (excluding any amounts subject to AML investigation) will be returned to the member's verified payment method after an investigation period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Voluntary Closure

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbu77 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm. fbu77's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

fbu77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond fbu77's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. fbu77 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fbu77 is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through fbu77 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by fbu77.
